The business was founded by Hastie Duff Burton in 1903 and today his grandson, Garry Burton, is still involved. The company undertakes a wide range of general building contracts for local authorities, businesses, schools, health centres, churches and individuals. Alterations and refurbishments form the majority of its work, and Hastie D Burton is well known for customised joinery work.
